We source the finest free-range quality meat, using a wide range of suppliers to keep our products consistentand at the highest standard. All our staff are top-class butchers with over 100 years experience between them. They know exactly how to table trim our products so they are ready to serve to the highest standard. Our Pork comes from Packington Farms in Staffordshire and is all Free Range outdoor reared. We have over 20different varieties of sausages that are all made on the premises, using only the meat from Packington Farms. The Beef we serve comes from M. Dodd’s Farm and Llys Farm in North Wales. All the joints and steaks are tabletrimmed to perfection. The mince and casserole meats are so lean there’s no waste (a little goes a long way!) No foreign meats are used at Littlewoods. We sell home cured and home-made Corned Beef and Tongue andall our other cooked meats are cooked on the premises using the best produce.
